Sõpruse Ärimaja and Delta Plaza tenants will have new amenities

Kapitel constantly strives to offer even better service and a more comfortable working environment in the office buildings in its portfolio. In past few years, we have invested more than half a million euros in improving the energy-efficiency and working environment of Sõpruse Ärimaja and Delta Plaza. As a result, the Sõpruse Ärimaja is one of the most innovative office buildings of its kind and in addition, it has achieved a Very Good rating in the international BREEAM In-Use assessment.

With the inention to offer even wider choice of services, there will be new amenities launched for Sõpruse Ärimaja and Delta Plaza tenants. We have installed new bicycle racks for visitors at both ends of the building and sitting benches in the green area between the building and Sõpruse puiestee. This summer, a few public shower rooms will be added and a renovation of the bicycle room will be completed. A rapid electric car charger will be installed next to the parking spaces opposite the entrance to the building’s A unit and a hand car wash will open on the ground floor next to the parking garage entrance. Starting at the end of the summer, Sõpruse Bistro will welcome patrons with a refurbished interior and improved kitchen facilities. The bistro, located in the building’s A section, offers both breakfast and lunch and is perfect for more informal work meetings.

Delta Plaza will have two rapid electric car chargers installed in the visitor parking zone on the side of the office building. In the summer, we will open additional shower rooms and an outdoor terrace on the roof of the parking garage on the fourth floor, and we will also be updating the signage and information graphics in the parking garage and inside the building.
