The first tenant of „Narbuto 5“ office building is the office furniture company „Narbutas“

“Narbutas” furniture company will be moving to the new class A business centre “Narbuto 5” located in Vilnius city centre on T. Narbuto street. “Narbutas” is the first tenant of the building with whom a lease contract was signed even before the construction reached the halfway point.

The office furniture company will be located on the first floor of “Narbuto 5” building and will occupy 435 m2. The total leasable area of the six-storey building is 4620 m2. The developer of the project, “E.L.L. Nekilnojamas turtas” is investing nearly EUR 9 million to this business centre. “Narbuto 5” will be opening its doors in summer 2017.

The Head of “Narbutas” furniture company in Lithuania, Ms. Ingrida Pauziene explained that when it came to the decision making point, the key selection factor was a close fit of “Narbuto 5” and their company’s concepts. “We have a similar goal to fulfil not only business needs but also the needs of people, and to ensure a high quality, comfortable and cosy working environment.
