Nordic Hotel Forum in Tallinn to be opened in a week’s time

Nordic Hotel Forum will be opened next Sunday, on 9 December. Nordic Hotel Forum, which is located at the Viru Väljak square, was developed by ELL Real Estate and built by Merko Ehitus

Raul Ojala, the Project Director of Merko Ehitus, said that he considers it a great achievement that they managed to adhere to the tight and intense schedule and complete the building in 20 months – which is a source of pride for all the sub-contractors and the nearly 800 people from 120 companies who contributed to the completion of the project.

“The total cost of the project in the end was approximately 350 million EEK,” said Aldo Dapon, the chairman of the board of ELL Real Estate. “The year 2007 marks a kind of a new wave of competition in the hotel market, but we are optimistic about the future because this is not the first hotel for us, and the hotel operator has great experience as well as a clear vision of how to position the new hotel,” Dapon said.

The hotel will be operated by Nordic Hotels OÜ.
