Property with a detailed plan at Pähklimäe tee 13, Rae Rural Municipality (cadastral code 65301: 001: 4079), area 74,000 sq m, purpose 50% commercial / 50% production. The detailed plan permits the construction of a three-storey building with a floor area of up to 37,000 sq m (including a logistics centre).
- Liivalaia Quarter / Tallinn
The quarter, with a total gross area of 77,000 sq m and a rental area of 36,000 sq m, consists of three buildings and a carpark. A nine-storey building with 3,000 sq m of rental apartments will be completed in January 2024, a 15-storey commercial building with a rental area of 9,000 sq m in May 2024 and a 28-storey commercial building with a rental area of 19,000 sq m in August 2024. Kapitel’s total investment in the development of the quarter rising at the intersection of Liivalaia and Juhkentali streets in the centre of Tallinn is approximately 100 million euros.
- ELEMENTAL Skanste office complex / Riga
The development project consists of five class A office buildings, a parking garage and surrounding outdoor areas. A total of 41 400 m2 of rental space and 1600 parking spaces will be established in the parking garage and in underground parking levels. The first phase will see the completion of two office buildings with 10-storey towers containing 20 500 m2 of office space and 367 parking spaces.
- Kalasadama development project / Tallinn
We have created a hotel concept for the Kalasadama plot, located on the seashore of Tallinn. The best architectural solution for the hotel building with 260 rooms and gross area of approximately 20,000 m² was elicted in an international invited architecture competition.
The area of the seaside Kalasadama plot in Tallinn is 10,4oo m². The project is directly by the sea, a 5-10 minute walk from the Old Town and the passenger port. Its neighbours are the Linnahall concert venue, Creative Hub, the Contemporary Art Museum of Estonia and Kalaturg fish market. The property is located in an area with major potential for growth, surrounded by homes, cultural institutions as well as offices and hotels. The immediate vicinity features the area around Admiralty Pool, and further along the shoreline, a possible future residential development area and Patarei fortification.

The Smuuli tee/Narva mnt development is located on an 11.4-hectare property at the boundary line of the Kadriorg and Lasnamäe districts of Tallinn, about 300 m from the Song Festival Grounds and 10 minutes by car from the heart of Tallinn. The plot borders on Narva mnt, J. Smuuli tee, Liikuri and Vana-Kuuli streets. In the vicinity are the new apartment buildings on Vana-Kuuli street, and the Maxima XX supermarket along Smuuli tee.

The Rinktines property is located in a prestigious spot in the heart of the Vilnius city centre, on the right bank of the Neris River, just a 10-15-minute walk from the Old Town. The Rinktines district is becoming one of the biggest and most attractive development areas in the Vilnius city centre, where real estate development is booming.
The 7,318 m2 plot between Ceikiniu and Rinktines streets is well-suited to commercial-residential development projects and up to 10-storey buildings can be built there. We are in the process of coming up with a development concept for an area covering about 20,000 m2. The actively developing area is perfect for apartment buildings, residential buildings, retail and hotels. The plot currently adjoins residential buildings, government buildings, schools and cultural buildings, office buildings and hotels, with new hotels, office building and restaurants being developed in the vicinity.
