Tallinn’s WW Passaaž shopping mall becomes part of the company’s portfolio until June 2006

1998

Subsidiaries are founded in Latvia and Lithuania

Tallink Express Hotel is completed in Tallinn. In September 2017, it is sold to the AS Infortar subsidiary Fastinvest

1999

The residentialcommercial building at Vilmsi 44 / Poska 4 in Tallinn is completed

Sikupilli Kaubanduskeskus in Tallinn is completed. In September 2007, it is sold to Boultbee Land PLC

2000

Phase I of Spice shopping mall in Riga is completed

2001

Mustamäe 24 commercial building is completed in Tallinn, eventually sold in May 2005 to Susi Real Estate OÜ

The business building at Mustamäe 44 in Tallinn is renovated

2002

The headquarters of the Merko construction company reaches completion on Järvevana tee in Tallinn. In September 2010, the building is sold to AS Merko Ehitus

2003

Tallink City Hotel in Tallinn is completed

2004

Completion of Viru Keskus shopping mall in Tallinn

Phase II of Spice shopping centre in Riga is completed

The office-commercial-residential Admirali Maja development in Tallinn is completed

2005

Mandarinas shopping mall is completed in Vilnius, and sold in June 2006 to Citycon OY

The L3 office building is completed in Vilnius. In October 2016, it is sold to EfTEN Real Estate Fund III

Phase III of Spice shopping centre in Riga is opened

2006

Tallinn’s Nordic Hotel Forum is completed

The Duntes Building in Riga is completed, and in August 2008, sold to Catella Real Estate AG

The Dociškių 15 apartment building in Vilnius reaches completion

2007

Completion of the Sõpruse Ärimaja office building in Tallinn

Spice Home shopping centre in Riga is completed

The Saules Miestas shopping centre is completed in Šiauliai, Lithuania. In August 2015, it is sold to EfTEN Real Estate Fund III

Panorama shopping centre in Vilnius completed

Vivulskio 12D business and apartment building in Vilnius is completed

2008

A mattress factory built for Hilding Anders Baltic AS is completed in Harju County in the greater Tallinn region, and sold in 2009 to AS Kawe Group

Completion of Saltoniškių 36 apartment building in Vilnius

Embassy House, a multifunctional building in Vilnius, is completed

2009

Delta Plaza office building in Tallinn is completed

The renovation of Kõltsu Manor in Laulasmaa in Harju County, Estonia is completed

2010

E.L.L. Kinnisvara is awarded the title of Estonia’s most competitive real estate company

2016

E.L.L. Kinnisvara re-brands itself to KAPITEL. The new trademark will be adopted throughout the group.

An international invitational architecture competition for the Juhkentali office complex in Tallinn is announced

The Palác Pavlova office building in Prague becomes the newest addition to the company’s portfolio

2017

The Narbuto 5 office building in Vilnius is completed

E.L.L. Kinnisvara is awarded the title of Estonia’s most competitive service enterprise

E.L.L. Kinnisvara teams up with the Estonian Academy of Arts in support of the Unfinished City urban studies project

Kapitel is awarded the title of Estonia’s most competitive real estate enterprise
